1. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 必要的职责
(Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position by order of priority根据优先

? Liaise with colleagues and branches to deal with all administration affairs related to business license and qualifications
? Draft and prepare legal documents including but not limited to POA, board resolutions for subsidiary company/branches’ incorporation
? Legal research on various topics
? Regular communication with governmental agencies for policy consultation
? Maintain good relationship with governmental agencies
? Keep administration files in order
? Take care of other matters related to License / Corporate Affairs with authorities
? Respect and enforce the Company internal corporate policies and rules
? Perform any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as assigned/required.

? preferably legal studies, willing to develop in corporate affairs field;

3. QUALIFICATIONS 资格

College or above;
