ComplianceAsia (www.complianceasia.com) is a consulting firm with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore that provides compliance advice and support to financial institutions in the Asian region. A significant number of our clients are asset management, private equity, broking and wealth management firms from the mainland of the PRC.

We are looking to hire additional consultants with 2 to 10 years post qualification experience to join our firm based in our Hong Kong office to assist with delivering compliance consulting services to our financial industry clients. Familiarity with CSRC, AMAC, CBRC, SFC and/or HKMA rules and regulations is sought.

Ideal candidates come from either a legal, financial services or auditing financial services background.

Our clients consist of many of the world’s leading and most exciting financial firms and we provide to them compliance support on important projects such as licensing and structure, day to day compliance support, AML, mock inspections, documentation and training. We have a large number of hedge fund manager clients.

The candidate should have an accounting or legal degree. Candidates should have solid English and Mandarin language skills (including written Chinese). Familiarity with Cantonese is an advantage but not essential.
