职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assisting general manager in setting Business and Financial objectives and tactics and coordinating financial and business line planning process
2. Analysis of business and financial performance in the area of responsibility and initiate corrective actions vs. established objectives and plans
3. Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process of the company
4. Maintaining and continuous improving internal control system
5. Steering and carrying out corporate specific projects
6. Leading employees in the area of responsibility in agreement with superior (individual development, motivation, assessment and feedback, etc.)
7. Communication between China management and JV partners
8. Implementing integration projects of the joint venture

Main Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level, majoring in Finance & Accounting or related
2. Working experience: More than 10 years related working experience in Finance, including experience in both MNCs and local Chinese companies (JV experience preferred)
3. Familiar with PRC taxation, accounting and regulations
4. Certificate in accounting or financial management (CPA preferred)
5. Good team leader with outstanding leadership abilities
6. Good communication and presentation skills
7. Excellent in time management
8. Able to work under pressure
9. Good English skills
10. Excellent in software skills and in finance system
