Accountabilities:
1. Daily and Bulk Merchandise Transfer. (mainly for Northern stores except Beijing City , conduct LH rebalance)
? For Daily Transfer: process document and status track, help to solve sales kick-out.
? For Bi-weekly / Monthly Transfer: make judgment on merchandise transfer based on store request, sales and inventory level under general guidance, process documents.
? For Bulk Transfer: work on merchandise transfer list and fill in merchandise transfer sheet for various projects (ie: E-sales major rebalance and new store opening rebalance, rebalance required by RP).
? Normal staff purchases.
? Dept. 299 E-sales.
? Enhanced discount event.
2. Daily merchandise inquires. Suggest on the merchandise inquiry from stores with transfer or ordering or search the relevant SKU. (mainly for Northern stores except Beijing City)
? Place special orders to NY and manage on stores/clients expectation.
? Place custom design orders and keep track.
? Search SKU detail per store inquiry.
? Keep stores informed of merchandise on receipt information for merchandise of key category based on BO report and commercial invoices.
3. Merchandise report preparation
? Update IR jewelry inventory to retail
? Update LH jewelry inventory
? Prepare Monthly reports
? Work on sales tracker for major event and campaigns
? Prepare store sales reports
? Prepare other merchandise report per request.
4. Cross-functional Support
? Support on new store opening for Northern stores except Beijing
? Support other departments and international team on various projects.
? Coordinate merchandise borrowing for special event: ie, selling event, P.R. Event, shooting and other sales opportunity. (The key contact)
? Conduct celebrity dressing and model dressing. (The key contact.)
5. Fiscal Accountability.
? To support attainment of store sales goals.
? Exercise cost controls
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree
? 1 year of experience in Merchandising in retail industry.
? Be sensitive to numbers
? Good command of English
