职位描述：
岗位职责
1、收集整理客户信息，协助顾问开展BD（业务拓展）
2、根据顾问要求，通过人脉、Cold Call（陌生电话）以及网络等手段系统寻访目标候选人；
3、安排面试并协助顾问进行面试准备，参与对候选人的面试和评估；
4、准备候选人推荐报告；
5、协助顾问进行客户沟通；
6、录入资料、整理文档并向顾问人员提供办公室行政服务。
岗位要求
1、重点本科以上学历，专业不限；
2、结果导向，喜欢有挑战的工作；
3、较强的责任心，客户服务意识较强，具备团队精神；
4、良好的中英文阅读和书写能力；
5、较强的沟通、分析、说服和判断能力；
6、能适应多任务高压力工作；
7、欢迎有过学生会主席及社团负责人经历的组织、沟通能力优秀的应届大学毕业生加盟。
