Manager: Finance Manager – BP&A
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities are to provide meaningful analysis, assist finance manager and general manager to review China Seating Business Unit, provide financial support to China East region, ensuring alignment with Asia and corporate framework
? Review the China East region five plants submission of business report for accuracy and reasonableness
？ Weekly Volume
？ Weekly FCF
？ Monthly close
？ Monthly flash and assessment
？ Quarterly Forecast
？ Annual Budget
？ Annual Long-Range Plan
？ OI improvement plan
？ Capex
? Identify performance drivers of China East region, in collaboration with regional controllers, plant controllers and FPA team to prepare analysis and financial support.
? Consolidate the China Seating volume report, update the TM1 system, provide the weekly tracking and variance analysis
? Consolidate the China Seating long term agreement report, ensure the database is comprehensive and accurate.
? Prepare consolidation of management information for East region review.
? Ensure timely submission of package and report per request.
? Work closing with Asia/China seating, plants finance and other function to drive the process, ensure fully communication and alignment.
Technical skills and Experience required
? Over 2-3.5 years of FP&A experience in US listing company, prefer manufacturing company
? Strong English communication
? Advanced Excel skills
? Hyperion experience preferred
? Good education and financial management would be asset
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
