职位要求:

1) 计算机相关专业,本科以上学历,至少3年以上开发经验,至少2年以上.net web应用开发经验;

2) 熟练掌握Asp.net, C# 开发,熟悉ASP.Net MVC架构,熟悉Web Service和WCF;

3) 熟悉SQL Server数据库系统,熟练掌握SQL存储过程开发;

4) 熟悉软件开发流程;

5) 有很强的业务分析能力和客户沟通能力,能够独立进行中小项目的业务分析,解决方案设计和代码开发工作;

6) 有很好的团队合作精神;

7)具备积极主动的工作态度;

1) 在团队领导的带领下进行软件的分析设计与开发;

2) 独立的跟客户沟通,解决客户所遇到的问题;

3) 在公司指定的方向上进行技术研究与开发。


Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:


The Senior Developer is responsible for providing senior-level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprise’s overall systems architecture, design and implementation, including systems, networks, and security specifications, and the integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, information and data sources, applications, APIs and the internet of things, across the enterprise, both on premise and in the cloud. Conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications. Reviews, advises and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.


Tracks current technology trends, maintains knowledge of new technologies, and identifies new technology that can better serve the enterprise’s technology needs and help the enterprise better achieve its business goals.


Researches, identifies, selects and tests technology products required for solution delivery. Performs proof of concepts of new technologies to determine if they are a good fit for Panda. Introduces new technology to Panda.


Leads and manages the establishment and implementation of the architectural governance process, and standards and policies that guide the architecture and design of technology solutions across the enterprise. Creates and maintains an overall strategic enterprise technology plan and policies that are aligned to meet current and future business needs.


Architects, designs and develops complex logical frameworks, applications, workflows, API endpoints and other elements across the full stack for new and legacy products. Ensures the success of enterprise-level deployments and that all systems have high performance, scalability, high availability, redundancy, security and disaster recovery.


Works well with peers, business partners, offshore development and vendors to build and maintain close relationships and partnerships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in IS or related field required, Master’s degree in IS and/or MBA preferred.

·         Minimum ten years of IS experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment

·         Minimum five years of software development experience in Microsoft technologies.

·         Minimum two years of experience in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS and Azure).
