职位描述：
岗位职责Responsibilities：
1.按照公司整体的销售策略完成月度、季度、年度销售目标，所负责区域包括：上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、山东、福建。
2.对区域内各地NKA、LKA以及本地重要零售客户的管理
①提出品项建议，对产品结构进行调整和优化
②密切跟踪促销活动
③销售数据分析
④巡店及门店陈列的改善和提高
3.经销商的管理和沟通：合同谈判与签署；管理经销商每月进、销、存情况；执行政策；
4.公司内部沟通
5.零售团队日常执行力
任职要求Requirements/ Qualifications:
至少相关行业5年以上的日用百货或快消品行业工作经验，3年以上经销商管理经验，熟悉现代渠道运作模式；具有独立开发客户与渠道的经验，熟悉华东区市场情况，有丰富的行业渠道资源和社会关系；
熟悉沃尔玛、麦德龙、大润发、家乐福、欧尚、华润万家、易初莲花、乐购、世纪联华、华润苏果、永辉、新华都等零售客户的对接和操作流程；
具备优秀的销售技巧，对市场有洞察力
有优秀的销售业绩
学士学位
基本的中英文表达能力；
能够熟练使用计算机基本软件
有工作热情
具备团队合作精神
承压能力强，能够严格按照时限完成工作
