Business Development Manager- Home Decor
Under the direction of Marketing Director, ARCH, this position is responsible for developing and implementing sales target at home Decoration Company. The incumbent is required to work with the retail sales force (home decor Channel), formulate business strategy, and develop sales forecast, direct retailers and /or sales force to achieve the targets; pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

? Understand and monitor Master’s Mark’s dealers, home decoration company channels, competitors and other market information.
? Maintain a close connection with dealers and home decoration companies.
? Coordinate, develop, evaluate and audit yearly budget of home decoration channel development execution.
? Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term home decor company network.
? Recommend, guide, develop and assess new home decor company penetration.
? Advise on problem solving methods in relation to dealers, home designers and customers’ complaints.
? Coordinate the home decoration company activation programs in order to achieve the marketing and sales objectives.
? Provide training and guidance to the Sales Executive – Leverage Home decor company Channel to increase awareness of the importance and profitability of retail market.
? Maintain the competitiveness of the channel marketing and sales activities and be well-versed on the channel situation and the competition.
? Analyze competitive marketing methods and recommend responsive adaptations for the company to retain advantage.
? Maintain relationship with trade groups, and all internal and external sources that can contribute to development of product ideas to satisfy consumer needs.
? Perform additional projects assigned by Marketing Director and/ or the management.

? Reports to Marketing Director
? Frequently contacts with the Sales Executive - Retail.
? Frequent contacts with product team and marcom team
? Communicates with different stakeholders in the home decor channel

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

College graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept.
Five to eight years’ experience in home decor company development or sales management preferably gained from building material or life style industries, and three years’ experience in business development and sales operation. Good leadership, training, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
