Overview:
Be responsible for all health, safety, environment management and activities of Inteva WGQ plant and Waigaoqiao Tech Center

Dimensions:
Headcount: WGQ roof plant: 800 (salaried + hourly)
                           WGQ Tech Center: 100
Location: Main building: 10,000+m2

Principle Accountabilities:
? Be responsible for establishing EHS system file and regulation to ensure the system in accordance with inteva policy and related law & government regulation.
? Organize EHS committee in the leading of top management and act as business management representative to develop EHS system.
? Set up EHS annual object according to company object and coordinate with related dept to set up detail EHS object.
? Set up EHS annual work plan with support from related dept and ensure the implement.
? Organize analysis of risk and work position safety and set up related safety action plan and emergency action plan.
? Organize the training of EHS to ensure all employees be clear with related EHS regulation and knowledge.
? Organize the daily audit, internal audit and management review of EHS to ensure the EHS system valid and sufficient, and is executed strictly.
? Organize external audit of EHS and get certificate according to business development needs.
? Coordinate with headquarter related dept and report the result of EHS.
? Keep good relationship with government and utilize related policy to support business development.
? Carry out EHS related programs such as LOTO, GSC
? Be responsible for maintaining ISO 14000

Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or/and Health and Safety, Safety Science,
2. Above 8 years of working experiences as EHS Engineer
3. Has the experience in establishing the OHSAS 18000 & ISO 14000 system
4. Good communication and computer skills and an ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Ability to influence across functional organizations and businesses
6. Good written and oral English.
7. With Professional safety or health certification: Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH); Certified Safety Professional (CSP), etc.
