Accountability:
- To assist manager,purchasing officers for the ordering process on material supply which including RFQ, price comparison,forwarding/follow up arrangement
- To prepare APV for invoices settlement
- To monitor the payment processing for invoices and liaising between vendors and accounts
- To input/update information,data of InfoNet whenever necessary
- To assist manager in clerical work whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferable with basic accounting knowledge
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply process
- Good organization skill and creativity
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Teamwork spirit
- Good command of English and MS-office application software including Word & Excel
