Cashier Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strictly follow company’s policy for each type of payments. Audit all necessary
documentations including invoices and receipts in validating any payment.
2. Apply all collections from customers in a timely manner.
3. Safeguard all financial documents and make vouchers in time.
4. Review all expense reports and make sure the expenses are grouped to the proper project code.
5. Safeguard checks and maintain the usage records properly and timely
6. VAT invoices verification and documentation. Maintain the VAT record and reconcile with book on monthly basis.
7. Get related bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations on monthly basis.
8. Support senior accountant with the monthly closing and reporting
9. Others as required.


Admin Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Front desk receptionist. Receive visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Maintenance of office supplies including but not limited to copy machine, printer,
computer network and telephone lines etc.
3. Maintain the record of usage of office equipment and stationeries
4. Assist to make the travel arrangement of employees and clients where needed
including but not limited to reservation of hotels and cars, booking tickets of air planes or trains. etc.
5. Receive and send express package. Follow up and check the related bills.

6. Maintain and safeguard employees and customers / suppliers’ identification
information and keep them updated all the time for proper travel arrangement
7. Mange the office cleaning lady to make sure office cleanness.
8. Support IT manager where necessary.
9. Other as required.
 

Qualifications and skillsets required
- College degree or equivalent majoring in Accounting, Administration or related
- Working experience with WFOE in related areas is preferred
- Fluent oral and written English
- Proficient in using office software like Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.
- Honest with high ethical standard
- Proactive, responsible, details-oriented, service-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
