GE Digital Energy recently announced forming a partnership with XD Electric, one of China’s largest primary equipment providers, to deliver a full-line of electric transmission and distribution and grid automation solutions to customers and energy intensive industries around the world. XD Electric is an affiliate of SASAC, which is the largest manufacturing site for HV, EHV and UHV AC and DC power transmission and distribution equipment and other electrical products in China.This strategic partnership will make GE Digital Energy business and XD Electric a stronger competitor in the relevant industry.

Primary Responsibilities主要职责:
? As IT manager in AJV, build relationships, support and connect with AJV business leader and functional teams to create an IT strategy that supports business growth.

? Facilitate communication between and across all key IT groups and GE & XD IT advisory teams. Provide necessary local leadership for the business and IT team to ensure that initiatives and projects meet the strategic objectives.

? Create a consistent communication rhythm on organization, program status and operation improvement opportunities.

? Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including ERP, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals. Drive user satisfaction and SLA
管理所有IT系统的开发，实施部署，监控维护，升级以及支持，包括ERP系统，服务器，员工电脑，操作系统，硬件，软件以及附属设备，不断提高用户的满意度。
? Oversee provision of 3rd party end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

? Work with GE & XD IT advisory teams to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations. Set up multi-generation plans for improving business IT requirements. Keep current with the latest technologies.

? Approve and oversee projects and project portfolio with support of GE & XD IT advisory teams.

? Help manage IT staffing, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions through the support of GE & XD IT advisory teams.

? Manage IT spend and lead cost-out projects

Qualifications Required 人员要求:
? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems or computer engineering is preferred — additional technical majors or business major with technical concentration may be applicable;

? 8+ years of working experience including minimum of 5 years of IT Management experience;

? Extensive experience working with IT infrastructure as well as ERP/PDM knowledge and hands on experience

? Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in business relationship management.
