职位描述：
工作职责:
? Implement business and marketing strategies including development and implementation of effective business plans
? Lead team to assess strengths and providing them functional guidance to enhance their competencies and skills
? Analyze industrial trend , competitors' activities, and modify / implement new strategies accordingly in order to offer marketing insights and initiatives
? Take advantage of internal and external resources to fully support total sales channel on diversified business model to achieve sales target
? Cooperate with sales team to well build up a high feasible campaign plan
? Well understanding consumer needs and deeply insight to well lead team focus and deliver the targets
? P & L control for every part of the campaign and review the ROI to keep target get within budget.

任职资格:
? Bachelor's degree or above in business, science or other related majors , focusing on branding experience
? 5-10 years marketing or brand management in MNC, a few years of sales experiences preferred
? Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams and quickly adapt into a matrixed organization with open communication and inspiration
? Exposure to industry business is a plus
? Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills both English & Chinese
? Advanced skills in MS office and networking skill
