Validation Engineer
芯片验证工程师

Job Description
- Perform validation testing on analog, mixed-signal and power chips on bench, in cooperation with IC designers.
- Develop code, schematics and solution for IC stressing.
- Manage NPI Lab Characterization projectand be the owner of IC Validation plan, as global team sharing, planning, review and communication.
- Develop HW&SW evaluation kit for testing target.
- Support device-related lab verification against ATE results or customer requests;
- Experiment design to debug issues for new tape-out IC.

- 模拟类，混合信号以及电源类芯片功能和性能验证，测试
- 负责新产品开发阶段的测试计划制定，功能和性能验证，测试报告更新及审查
- 测试平台和系统搭建，包括单片机编程，测试板硬件设计，调试等
- 协助支持解决客户技术问题，在实验室开发测试环境模拟客户实际应用场景
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above on Electronics/Circuit/System, Master preferred.
- Good knowledge on analog electronics.
- Knowledge and Skills on IC testing and validation, with hands-on experience on bench testing instruments.
- Skills and experience on circuit simulation, on IC level or system level.
- Skills and experience on HW development, as schematics, PCB layout, troubleshooting.
- Skills and experience on coding, as C or Assembly on microcontroller/FPGA, LabView/LabWindows GUI on PC.
- Fluent English listening, writing and speaking, CET-6 preferred.
- Interest on technical details is admired, and experience on electronics system or IC design is preferred.
- Good teamwork spirit.

职位要求：
-电子，电路，通讯，自动化等相关专业，本科以上学历，硕士优先
熟练掌握电路原理，模拟电子技术
熟悉芯片验证测试相关知识，技术；从事过相关工作者优先
有硬件测试系统原理图开发，PCB布板以及调试相关经验
掌握以下编程或工具之一，C语言/FPGA/汇编/Labview/Pascal，
良好的英文听说读写能力，最好通过CET-6级
热爱技术工作，注重细节，从事过电子系统开发或者芯片设计者优先
有团队精神
