Role Description
Coordinate with overseas business finance department and function department in HQ, and support senior finance manager to maintain overseas business unit's financial works
Major Role and Responsibilities
Financial management
？ Collect and verify of all overseas BU regular reports, including: monthly financial report, rolling budget and budget performance report;
？ Monitor the BU sales reconciliation and make sure the accuracy among POS, Mall/Store and SAP/book records; Monitor the timely AR collections from Department Stores and Wholesalers.
？ Communicate with BU finance department to maintain local tax filing and statutory reporting can be processed timely
？ Follow BU annual closing and audit
Accounting, Statutory reporting and compliance
？ Ensure all intercompany transactions can be reconciled and reflected into management report correctly;
？ Maintain the accuracy of SAP financial module data, month end closing for each BU in SAP can be processed timely
？ Submit monthly management report for overseas level to finance manager on time
Inventory management and other operational support
？ Communicate with logistic/Merchandise department and other EPO mainland business unit finance department, and support the business line operates smoothly
？ Communicate with BU merchandise department to ensure periodical stock taking can be performed as per scheduled, maintain each BU inventory value & qty can be reconciled with stock taking result and maintain system operations
？ Support SAP project FICO module jobs


Requirements:
Education:
？ Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Accounting and Finance
？ CPA or ACCA qualification is preferable
Working Exeprience:
? At least 5 years related working experience in the Retail or FMCG industry.
? 2+ years on the supervisor position is preferred.
? Experienced in international trading is a must.

Competency:
? Good communication skill
? Attention to details, hands-on, and can work under pressure and tight deadline.
? Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills. SAP knowledge is a plus.
? Proficient in English is a must, French will be a plus
