职位描述：
工作职责:
1)Effectively manage progress of all existent projects and solve related problem in time
2)Maintain regular network with current customers while develop new project channel
3)Monitor market information to identify potential business opportunity
4)Optimize product portfolio in project bidding to maximize project profit
5)Contribute to brand promotion to increase project win rate
6)Cooperate with CS/AFS team on in-time product delivery and after sales service
7)Accountable for accurate and timely sales forecast, volume and revenue report
8)Cooperate with Finance team to ensure the GP/AR target
9)Has been capable of, or is epxected to be with potential to train up to lead a sales group and support the regional leader.

任职资格:
 Bachelor degree or above and general sales concept.
? At least 8 years working experience in project development or sales management preferably gained from similar industries, and 4 years working experience in managing distributor and market development.
? Be familiar with Guangzhou local market and be well contact with local estate companies for business.
? Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills. Good negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external groups.
? Business driven/result driven.
