Key Accountabilities
? Present healthcare professionals and decision makers with accurate, balanced and timely information about Fertility Technologies products
? Provide scientific and technical support to commercial sites including product training, follow up and trouble shooting and manage customer satisfaction
? Provide continuing field scientific support and training for sales and customer service
? Execute specialized Fertility Technologies products centered programs
? Support Medical with the execution of technology clinical trials
? Monitors and gathers information on competitive activity
? Provides support for product registration activities
? Accompany sales to assist in the presentation of products to prospective customers
? Supports the annual business plan to help sales meet and exceed sales goals
? Lead customer training seminars
? Provide customer input and feedback regarding desired product features to the product marketing team
? Participate in the ongoing evaluation of potential markets, new products, and new business opportunities
? Explore and seek initiatively new progress in fertility field and related science.
Strategic Impact
An important role, responsilbe for supporting sales, transfer new technolgoies and teach customers to use our product correctly.
Cooperate with sales team and other function group to acchive target.
An important component for differentiation strategy for Technologies team
Execute the global strategy in science and technology side
Scope of People Responsibility
Member of Fertility Technologies Team
Provide technical and scientific support for team members and customers
Cross-functional team player
Cooperation
Internally
Local Fertility MSLs, global, regional or local function associated with the Fertility Franchise, also including Global Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, ESRBI, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Finance, Medical Information and Marketing and Sales Groups
Externally
IVF laboratory heads, physicians, embryologists and other clinical teams in the Fertility area from around the world.
Education
? Bachelor degree in biology related science is minimal requirement.
? PhD or Master in embryology or reproductive sciences is highly preferred. Equivalent professional degrees will be considered.
Work Experience
? Minimum 3 years of working in clinical embryology practice.
? Experience in science and research is required.
? Professional certification in clinical embryology is preferred.
? Recognized research (publications and presentations) in the field of assisted reproduction is preferred.
Job specific Competencies & Skills
? Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills as well as the ability to successfully interact with medical professionals at all levels are required
? Work is primarily independent in that it is performed without appreciable day-to-day direction; the successful candidate needs to be action oriented and motivated by results
? Comfortable with ambiguity.
? Able to manage changes.
? Exemplifies Interpersonal Savvy and Integrity
? Must be able to travel approximately 70%.
? Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office products, word processing, excel, etc.)
? Ability to speak and read English. Excellent oral and written communications skills
