职位描述:
1
- 在客户工厂协调和监督车辆、现场人员、装车情况等，发货数据记录和反馈，以及和客户的协调和沟通等。

工作职责:

- 与客户良好的沟通和对接，及时和准确的将客户的要求和情况反馈给客服和其他同事。
- 收到客服人员发出的计划数据后，记录现场实际发货情况，与计划进行对比，将数据反馈给客服人员，且和客服人员配合完成每天的发货工作。
- 现场监装，记录装货的实际情况，向客服反馈。
- 对现场的供应商人员进行管理，监督其严格遵守客户的时间和要求进行作业。
- 认真完成上级领导交办的一切工作。



背景和经验
- 大专以上学历。
- Office软件操作熟练。
- 25-40岁之间 。
- 有物流运输现场操作经验者优先。
- 有良好的沟通能力，善于与人交流，表达清晰、有亲和力。
- 有较强的组织、协调、执行、沟通能力及人际交往能力。
- 有较强的抗压能力.有上进心。
- 认同企业文化及发展方向，愿意从基层开始
- 具备良好的团队协作能力。
