主要职责：
人事部分 65%：1.负责办理办公室人员以及全国各地一线员工的入职，离职，，退工。以及入职，商保资料的收集及相关文件资料
的整理归档，以便今后管理和查询。员工的信息录入以及合同管理。
2.负责第三方社保服务机构的账单核对和及时缴纳
3.招聘初试邀约
行政部分10%：1.办公室电话接听，快递收发
2.办公室用品库存收发以及管理
3.确保办公室整洁
财务部分：10%：1.发票开具，发票寄送
2.发票信息录入
3.银行对账单打印
质量报告部分5%：中国各区域每日报告收集
人事经理及总经理安排的其他工作： 5%
人员要求：1.有至少1年人事行政工作经验
2.工作态度端正，稳定
3.大专学历财务或者人事专业优先
