职位描述：
1. 工艺的制定和改善及相应OMS更新。
Process definition and improvement and updated OMS.
2. 现场操作人员岗位技能标准制定/技能培训/考核。
Create the job qualification for operator/provide training to operator / Monitoring and regular evaluation.
3. 生产BOM创建及根据需求对BOM进行修改。
Creation and maintenance production BOM according to the requirement.
4. SAP中生产BOM、Routing建立与维护。
Creation and maintenance production BOM \Routing according to the requirement in SAP.
5. 生产成本改善。（工艺改善、工时降低）
Improve production cost included process and work time.
6. 新产品转移相关工作。
 Product transfer – realize the new products production.
7. 生产现场安全隐患的发现及改善。
     Near miss findings and improvement for production site.
8. 对于产成品的包装进行持续改善。
Analysis and improvement of complete products packaging.
9. 公司来料与内部周转物料外包装进行设计，优化，达到统一标准。
     Unify the packaging, design and optimization on the incoming and internal materials transportation.
10. 负责组织生产内部与外部关于包装等工程技术问题的会议。
 Lead and orangize production of internal and external meeting for ergineering technology of packaging ect.
11. 主管指派的其它工作。
    Other works assigned by Supervisor.




           机械工程学士或相关专业。
Bachelor's degree major in mechanical or related industrial department.
           至少5年的机械、包装行业经验。
Minimum 5 years engineer/packaging experience.
           具备很强的团队合作和良好的沟通能力。
Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
           良好的英语口头和书写能力。
Fluent in both written and oral English.
