Responsibilities:
1/ Define and implement business development strategy
2/ Lead and manage (coach, train, motivate …) business development teams
3/ Develop new clients for HR outsourcing and recruitment solutions business, etc
4/ Serve key industries and clients in line of company’s business strategy
5/ Create good relations with clients and provide initial client interfacing support prior to the delivery of projects
6/ Track clients via company’s CRM system
7/ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets of both individual and team.
8/ Other duties assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
1/ Relevant major master’s degree or above
2/ At least 10 years work experience in relevant business field, and more than 5 years team management experience
3/ Strong leadership skill, especially excellent communication and people management skills
4/ Good analysis skills, in particular with figures, excellent problem solving ability and customer service skills
5/ Quick learning skills, and good commercial negotiation skills
6/ highly self-motivated and performance result driven to succeed in reaching business development targets
