职位描述
This is a contractor role.
The final candidate will sign the labor contract with a third party.
Service Scope Description:
o Lead the facility tour for GE internal and external visitors, including the reception, logistic and accommodation.
o Coordinate the internal and external meetings/conferences, and trainings for both internal and external parties.
o Support AMTC team on equipment/software purchase in terms of contract and payment by working with sourcing and finance teams, etc.
o Support AMTC equipment import/export and logistic by working with GE logistic team.
o Coordinate the operation with plant Facility and EHS regarding rules/audit/security, etc.
o Support AMTC lab maintenance and management, including equipment maintenance, tooling management, and equipment in/out of lab.
o Support AMTC office maintenance and management, including cleanness, security, and documentation management, etc.
o Translation works: from English to Chinese, or from Chinese to English, both spoken and written.
o Execute other assignments or projects as delegated by leader.
Service Skill and Requirement:
o Minimum 5 years of relevant experience of administrative and secretarial duties in MNC environment, or equivalent;
o Minimum Bachelor degree of education background;
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook);
o Proven multi-tasking capabilities with strong organizational skills;
o Be confidence and resourceful in planning and time management;
o Working experience in a Lab environment is a plus;
o Working experience in a plant environment and strong cross-function communication skills is highly desired.
