职位描述：
1. 根据公司产品的要求，开发、审核、维护工厂及生产所需物料供应商，确保采购的
准确性、及时性、质量及价格的合理性；
2. 负责供应商的开发、管理、合作协议的签订；
3. 负责领导供应链团队对产品生产所需物料采购及产品生产、质量和成品发货物流跟
踪，确保产品的质量和供应时间的准确性；
4. 负责签订供应商管理、确定产品质量标准、打样的洽谈组织安排，直至签订合同；
5. 跟进产品销售情况，协同市场部完成产品推广策略、计划及费用方案的指定。。

职位需求：

1、本科以上学历，机械工程等相关专业；
2、5年以上在原材料机加工行业从事工厂采购、供应商开发管理经验；
3、2年以上供应链团队管理经验，
4、具备优秀的供应商开发和管理能力，熟悉机加工行业采购流程，善于原料质量管理和成本控制，有丰富的项目管理经验者优先；
5、良好流利的英语听说写能力。
6、积极主动，行动力强，正直诚信，善于分析思考和解决问题。

Job Description
1. Create the procurement strategy for the tooling manufacturing in coordination with Supply Chain . as well as the executive manager within the overall strategy.
2. Ensure and implement the procurement plans and manage all the work streams of tolling management
3. Do the risk assessment and implement mitigation for identified risk of tolling manufacturing
4 Develop the new or alternative suppliers for tolling requirements
5. Negotiate and close framework contracts in coordination with the executive manager.
6. Ensure and carry out analyses and evaluations of current and potential suppliers in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements. Decide on new suppliers and prepare the decisions on new strategic suppliers.
7. Develop the supplier’s capability to meet the requirements on quality, delivery, timing and cost etc.
8. Review the supplier’s performance regularly for continuous improvement
9. Ensure the provision and evaluation of information about relevant price trends and developments on the procurement markets and, if necessary, adapt the purchasing concepts and measures in order to forward it to the Pricing Desk.
10. Ensure the raw material supply of the subarea, especially in case of demand fluctuations and supplier shortages.
11.Ensure the entire administration and documentation of the proceedings in purchasing (contracts, invoices, master data, conditions, etc.).

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing management or supply chain management
2. Min. 5 years work experience in related areas of sourcing or supplier management in tolling industries or
the related companies and project management skill preferred.
3. Min. 2 years experience manage the supply team
4. Both good written and spoken English skills.
