职位描述：
A. General information

Basic job purpose:
Be responsible for the Production department of Protean Electric Tianjin factory, include management of department employees, cooperation with other operation function teams, support operation director to lead factory to next level success, also be responsible to support JV product line build up when necessary.


B. Responsibilities

1. Manage production team to establish and maintain (Protean) Production System, good process and production discipline control. Be familiar with basic ERP & MRP knowledge and its implementation.有能力建立和维持好的(堡敦)生产系统及生产纪律控制系统来管理整个生产部门。熟悉企业ERP和MRP的基本知识和实际应用。
2. Define Production department KPI, be good at driving team member’s individual target to achieve department goal. 制定生产部门的KPI，善于督促团队成员制定个人目标及完成情况。
3. Coordinate with engineering team to design an optimized manufacturing processes flow to meet customer product quality and delivery. 负责协同工程部门一起设计可优化的制造工艺流程来满足客户产品质量和交期要求。
4. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods driving on quality, cost and yield improvement. 通过设计评估和提高制造工艺方法来达到产品质量成本和良率的提高。
5. Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/processes related to efficiency, OEE, cycle times, capacity and capabilities. 负责设备及工艺效率和OEE的优化，生产时间的降低，产能的提高。
6. DFM engagement and design changes input for design engineering team. 为设计团队的DFM理念推广和产品设计变更提供帮助。
7. Make sure all operators follow SOP/WI/Other check list/Production record etc. 确保操纵员完全按照SOP/WI/Other check list/生产记录表等执行生产任务。
8. Participate in early NPI involvement & new capabilities readiness for mass production. 参与新品的NPI和新工艺能力准备。
9. A little 6 sigma methodology knowledge and implementation experience in product line is good. 需要具有一定的6sigma知识及实际生产应用经验。
10. Drive factory APQP/PPAP activity by co-operate with other operation team, improve the customer satisfaction and meet customer requirement. 和运营团队一起负责工厂APQP/PPAP的跟进，提高客户满意度并满足客户要求。
11. Lean manufacturing knowledge and activity implementation. 精益生产的应用。
12. Leverage and prioritize the sources and manpower to align with business need. 协调人力和部门资源去满足公司需求。
13. Other work arranged by Operation director or other senior managers. 完成其他被运营总监和高级管理团队安排的任务。

C. Accountability

1. The employee is accountable for all areas of responsibility as stated above
2. The employee is accountable for all decisions and consequences within their area of expertise


D. Required skills&Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Mechanics/ Science / Engineering or other equivalent), automobile industry is preferred.
2. More than 10 years working experience in plant, 4 years in management position.
3. Much of manufacturing experience and Engineering perspective.
4. Like to take a challenge and able to handle multiple tasks.
5. Some experience of six sigma development and activities as well as continuous improvement at the plant product line level.
6. Technical drawing knowledge is necessary.
7. Experience of Project management, project handling capability.
8. A little financial knowledge in production cost analysis, P&L, expense control.
9. Good initiative, innovation, leadership, independent, teamwork, troubleshooting and communication skills.
10. Good training in the organization design, the department management, quality control, APQP/PPAP/SPC etc, EHS, root cause analysis/investigation, 6-sigma,
11. Excellent leadership and facilitation skills.
12. Good interpersonal communication skills.
13. Strong data analysis ability.
14. Fluent Spoken and Written English.
15. Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail.
16. Good business /commercial sense/Good decision making.

18. Passion for operation function and ability to teach, mentor and coach.
