As a Windows Engineer, you'll bring the following:
? Passion for new technologies

In addition to those general role responsibilities, you’ll need some specific experience and have some specific accountability, including:
? Common skillset for Windows server system, such as AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS, IIS, file share services…etc.
? Advanced understanding and experience with Enterprise level Infrastructure and Topology, you are expected to be very familiar with at least 1 or 2 aspects listed below
o Active Directory (Know how it works, very detail principle and definition) and technologies related such as Integrated DNS, DHCP; experience to work with 3rd party AD/DNS management tool is a plus (Such as BlueCat, Quest tools)
o System Center products, such as SCCM and SCOM, orchestrator, VMM; able to work with Microsoft hypervisor like Hyper-V; with knowledge on OSD and imagine automation.
o Script capability such as Powershell skills, or Ruby/Python.
o Able to work with public cloud, such as Windows Azure, Office 365 and AWS.
? Design document creation and operational process documentation
? Strong communication skills required (oral and written)
? Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
? Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects
? Project management and organizational skills must be sophisticated enough to be able to track and drive complex global technical initiatives to completion with the assistance of Retail IT/third party vendor staff
? Candidate would benefit from application engineering and deployment/build experience

To make it clear, we’re not looking for just anyone. We’re looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
? 5+ years' experience in Microsoft Infrastructure implementation and support
? 2 years' additional experience required in advanced technologies like AD, System Center, Public Cloud and Script.
? Microsoft certificate such as MCSE,MCITP preferred
? Prefer experience in a Retail environment
? Ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
? Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a demonstrated desire for continuous personal growth
? Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group
? Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
? Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams
? Experience with Lean principles and methods is preferred
