职位描述：
1. Lead administration operations, services and activities, e.g. Canteen, Vehicles, security, sanitation, , Office supplies etc.领导工厂的行政事务及后勤服务每月核对和申请费用付款，如厂房租金、保安、保洁、绿植租赁、快递、垃圾清运、IT服务、饮用水、短租车等。
2. Assist to organize company events, e.g. monthly sharing meeting, coffee chat, annual dinner, outing, body check etc.
协助组织公司活动， 如月度分享会议，Coffee Chat, 年度晚宴，旅游，体检等
3. Lead to improve and maintain a comfortable work environment, e.g. clean and well organized workstation, office, rest room, lock room etc. 带头改进及维护舒适的办公环境，如干净整齐的办公室，洗手间、更衣室等。
4. Others administration job may occur. 其他上级交代的行政事件的处理

任职要求：
1. College or above. 大专及以上学历。
2. 1+ years working experience in a seminar position in foreign company .一年以上相关经验。
3. Must have excellent language (both Chinese and English) skill and expert level written and verbal communication skills. 具备优秀的中文和英文语言能力，专业级的书写和口头的沟通能力。
4. Strong knowledge of MS Office and other supporting software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 极强的MS Office技能，包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
