Job Title: Internal Service Sales
Report to: Business Line Manager-- Service
Direct report: N/A
Mission
Manage the service repair business, develop service business for protect customers, promote company service value and achieve assigned business target.
Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Prepare and manage service repair quotations for responsible customers.
? Prepare and manage service quotations for protect customers.
? Coordinate with relative departments to ensure order accomplishment (smooth delivery and credit controlling)
? Receiving customer complain, following up and tracking the results.
? Maintain customer master data.
? Provide sales & marketing support by request.
? Work with internal and external partner to promote service value.

Education
? University / College graduated
Experience
? 2+ years customer service experience.
Knowledge
? Service product knowledge.
? Tools & Product knowledge.
? Service process
Skills
? Strong PC skills and good on Excel
? Strong customer communication skill
? Basic selling skill

? Fluency in English both in oral and written
