Responsibilities and duties

- Telephone handling of IMS
- Various administration tasks for office, including communication to Imtech Marine Germany
and Imtech Marine Shanghai
- Translation of documents
- Coordinating drawings printing and documentation
- Office related purchase etc, such as security, materials, and landlord contacts
- Receiving clients at Imtech Marine Shanghai, coffee, tea
- Hotel and ticket booking
- Management of mailbox
