Responsibilities and duties: 工作职责

The Assistant of Technical Department will be responsible for the following issues
技术部助理主要负责以下几点
- Assisting the Technical Manager 协助技术经理
- Assist Technical department (drawings, printing, filing, mailing)
协助技术部门（图纸、打印、文件处理、邮件处理）
- Arrange maintenance of equipments (printer etc.) 设备维护安排（如打印机等）
- Material input for Navision system(ERP) 资料输入Navision系统
- Other office activities upon request 其他要求的办公室活动

Reporting:
The Assistant of Technical Department will report to Technical Manager of IMS
技术部助理向IMS技术部经理汇报

Requirement: 资历要求

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position: 技能和知识要求：

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience 教育背景和专业经验要求：
- Graduated from Fulltime College 全日制专科毕业
- Requires a minimum of 1 years working experience 至少一年工作经验
3. Languages: 语言要求：
- Fluent in English & Chinese 汉语英语流利
4. Other Requirements: 其他要求：
- Computer: Skilful in Microsoft office, Navision 计算机方面：办公软件和Navision系统运用熟练
