Main Duties:
1. Develop China marketing plan in line with B&G business strategy – including, media and content strategy, digital programs, marketing activations, PR activities and trade show;
2. Develop and drive the channel strategy and trade marketing annual plan in close cooperation with Commercial and Operation team;
3. Execute consumer marketing and trade marketing plans with aligned ATL and BTL activities;
4. Drive in-market insights and research;
5. Develop the B&G China marketing team and strengthen marketing capabilities;
6. Monitor consumer marketing and trade marketing budget;
7. Provide support to sales team with on-site customer meetings, trade presentations and etc.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 8 years in marketing function, preferably within B2B, B2C, branded goods retail industry, at least 3 years at managerial level;
3. Experienced in all marketing functional areas with proven and successful track record in in linking marketing strategies to commercial results;
4. Experience in driving marketing strategy as well as developing, handling and implementing marketing budgets, goals, plans and demand forecast;
5. Proven and successful track record in effective brand building and generating strong consumer sales;
6. Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills to manage and lead team;
7. Experience to work in a cross function environment and willing to manage diversity with strong collaborative mindset;
8. Strong Knowledge/Interest in Social Media, Digital Marketing and content marketing;
9. Exposure to channel strategy and trade marketing;
10. Strong English communication skills both written and spoken ;
11. Occasional travel is required.
