Job Description
Account payable
? Overall double check role of AP process and bookkeeping
? Check cash reimbursement in compliance with company policy and bookkeeping
? Set up vendor’s master data in SAP
? Set up material’s master data in SAP
? AP / Payment
Account receivable
? Customer invoice issuing
? Accounts receivable, including revenue bookkeeping and incoming payment post
? AR aging report
? Customer dunning letter issuing
Cash flow
? Bank statement reconciliation
? Cash flow plan
? Assist on bank account management and bank loan
General Ledger
? Deferred expense and accrued expense booking, accounts reconciliation
? Prepare Beijing and Shanghai PRC local statistic report
? Monitoring of stock management
? Assist on external audit
? Assist on taxation
Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
? Work independently and flexibly, good adaptability, ability of work under pressure
? Good communication skills
? Degree level education with accounting background
? 2-3 years work experience
? Solid PC skills
