岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. Daily based on work schedule, perform VT, PT and MT in welding parts as per maintain manual.
完成日常安排的NDT工作，依据维修手册对焊接零件执行渗透探伤和磁粉检测。
2. Maintain personnel qualification, equipment and documentation to comply with the requirements of NDT Manuals and related procedures. 保持个人技术资格，确保工具设备和相应的程序文件要求得到满足。
3. Set up and standardize equipment, conduct tests, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document； 建立和规范设备，进行测试，解释和评估接受或拒收标准并文件化。
4. Providing the necessary guidance and/or supervision to trainees and Level I personnel in the technique /method certified。 在技术和方法上为受训人和一级检测人员提供必要的指导.
5. Developing written instructions from approved general procedures. 根据批准的程序制定书面作业指导书。
6. Maintain and update personnel qualification records （NDT personnel file）
维护人员资质纪录。
7. Maintain equipment and chemical in good condition of NDT lines
维护无损检测使用的设备和化学试剂处于良好状态。
8. Implement inspection according to the requirements of the drawings, inspection instructions, quality control plans and do the relevant quality records. 根据图纸要求、检验指导书,质量控制计划等进行检验并做好相应的质量记录。
9. carry out and complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor. 执行并完成主管分配的任务。
10. Others temporary tasks assigned from quality manager or supervisor.
领导交办的其他临时性的工作。
岗位要求：
job requirement：
1. College degree or above , preferably in mechanical engineering or welding.
大专及以上学历，主修机械工程机械类或焊接专业.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience. 两年以上相关工作经验;
3. Good knowledge of NDT. 良好的无损检测知识.
4. Good eyesight （Near vision: Jag 1）, no color blind. 良好的视力（近视力： 裸视1.0以上），无色盲。
5. ISO9712, VT2/ PT 2/ MT 2 必须拥有以上无损检测资质
6. Familiar with basic QC equipment and QC tools.
熟悉基本的质检设备和质量控制工具.
7. Ability to read technical drawings and dimensional notations on drawings.
阅读技术图纸和图纸上的尺寸符号的能力;
8. Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
较强的中文沟通能力（普通话）、英文;
9. Good computer skills & familiarity with MS Office (PPT, WORD, EXCEL etc.)
良好的计算机应用能力和熟悉办公软件（PPT，Word，Excel等）
10. Hard working, self-motivated.吃苦耐劳，有上进心。
11. Willing to travel across the country at frequent base愿意频繁在国内出差。
