SensoPart Shanghai is looking for a dedicated
Sales Director / Perspective: General Manager
Place of work: Shanghai (we offer a local labor contract with SensoPart Shanghai)

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

1.
Development, implementation and constant improvement of a sales and marketing concept (aligned with corporate strategy and adapted to the Chinese market) in close collaboration with the headquarter

2. Continue analysis of the market and competition and development of a strategy
3. Definition and implementation of suitable actions and processes in order to achieve the targets
4. Monitoring, adaption, improvement and fine-tuning of the implemented processes

5. Leading and managing the sales team, marketing, technical manager and office management in China
6. Complete budget responsibility

7. Improve awareness of the SensoPart brand and it’ s sub brands (e.g. Visor)

8. General Management tasks of a sales organization, e.g. Contract management, Sales management,Stock-/HR-management, Pricing, etc.

9. Regular reporting to the headquarter in Germany.

Your profile:


1. Master degree in engineering (electronics, mechanical, IT) or similar
2.
Profound experience in sales of technical products in B2B, preferably in industrial automation
3. Experience in developing and managing a sales network, channel partners in industrial automation sector and managing sales teams across whole territory of PRC

4. Structured, autonomous and target focused working style

5. High level of communication skills and excellent organization skills
6. Fluent German and/or English skills

7. Experience in working in Germany and/or inter-cultural work between China and Germany welcome

8. Willingness to travel frequently nationwide as well as to Germany on regular basis (min. 2 times/year)
9.
Experience with CRM systems welcome
