职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with Design Director and participate in conceptual, schematic design and design development.
2. Participate in pertinent meetings on major design adjustments and technical issues, and offer professional advice.
3. Participate in the review of the documents that influence architectural effects.
4. Participate in and coordinate technical controls of the design and the design realization; Partake in the confirmation of changes that influence design effects and functions.
5. Participate in providing guidance to project planners, organize internal reviews of drawings in different disciplines, and follow up on issues raised in the reviews.
6. Supporting the marketing negotiation with clients in the early stage of a project.
Qualification:
1.Foreign nationality,30-60years old.
2.Major in architecture/planning, College degree or above from a key university, Minimum 5 years work experience in architectural planning/landscape architect/tourism planning.
3.Having strong project invention ability, control ability, oral and written communication skills.
4.Have new concept, creative and good culture knowledge.
5.Strong problem-solving ability with teamwork spirit.
6.Have free-hand drawing ability.
7.Proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop and other software.
8.Good at English, Chinese language skill is a plus.
9.Working experience at major design institutes or prestigious design firms is preferred.
