工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose
？ Ensure sufficient supply of products to support sales out of the warehouse, ensure that the SKU forecasting process is being done monthly, monitor inventory levels, monitor incoming shipments and request changes when needed. Corporate with and represent Coloplast China in Supply Chain related projects with head quarter.
主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
？ Custom related work:
？ Zhuhai custom clearance assistance
？ Custom clearance file preparation for goods arriving at Beijing custom
？ Beijing custom administration work - annual report/upgrade etc.
？ Product Launch and Phase out:
？ Launch phase coordination
？ Product phase out coordination
？ Stock Management:
？ Inventory management - incl. stock designation, new & old registration stock management/extra & special stock demand handling/stock preservation for MO during peak time
？ Expiring stock management: regular check and solution finding
？ Registration license renew period stock management: stock pile-up
？ Incoming shipment management:
？ Air shipment confirmation
？ Incoming shipment problem coordination - shortage/invoice mistake/shipper box damage issue/LOT number issue
？ Forecast:
？ Monthly forecast update
？ Base data:
？ Corporate item base data maintenance
？ Other tasks:
？ Credit note application - incl. communication with FA & Warehouse
？ Regular newsletter update

？ Bachelor degree or above, majored in logistics
？ Working experience in logistics functions, Medicine, science or healthcare working experience background (GMP/GSP knowledge is preferred)
？ Familiar with ERP operations and systems
