Absolute Linkers正在为一家外资建筑设计事务所寻找一名财务主管,
工作地点: 上海徐汇区
Responsibilities:
? Oversee and handle daily operation of Finance department including invoicing, payment, employee expense claims and debtor management
? Responsible for full set of accounts, month-end and year-end closing and ensure all financial record comply with accounting standards, company policies as well as legal requirements
? Compile monthly tax filing, financial reports and performance analysis for management review
? Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, tax planning, cost analysis and annual audit
? Liaise with external consultants and relevant authorities on both project and company tax and statutory matters
? Support the project managers on project financial, debtors and contract terms review
? Support ERP system enhancement to ensure data accuracy and improve reporting process
? Participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
? Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
? Audit training would be an advantage
? Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience, familiar with local tax regulation, preferably gained from MNC in service industry
? Self-motivated, attention to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
? Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills
? Knowledge in project accounting and Oracle system will be an advantage
? Good command of both written and spoken English
