Support the Public Relations Manager in creating promotional materials for the hotel according to the corporate guidelines.

根据公司的指导方针支持公关部经理为酒店制作宣传材料

Responsible for the design of promotional flyers, brochures, newsletter, menus, posters and other types of operational and promotional materials.

负责促销宣传单页的设计、手册、简报、菜单、海报和其他类型的操作和宣传材料
To set up work schedule according to the request and suggestion from Public Relations Manager.


根据公关部经理要求和建议建立工作进度表
Coordinate with other departments on the exact requirements for promotional and operational materials.


与其他部门协调获得精确的需求,制作促销宣传和运作材料
Be certain that all designs are done according to the corporate guidelines and standards.


确保所有设计的完成都根据企业指导方针和标准
Assist with displaying promotional materials.


协助展示促销宣传材料
Assist in coordinating with suppliers on the exact requirements including colours, type of paper and materials.


协助并配合供应商的提供准确的需求,包括颜色、纸张类型和材料
Assist Public Relations Manager in ensuring that all printed materials are up to our requirements and are in high standards.

Responsible for the colour proofing of all printings.

Properly dressed in uniform with the general appearance according to the hotel standard.

Conducting business according to the Marriott guidelines and local law.

Compliance to the standards set up for the sales operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.

Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Convention Center Hotel was opened on Jun. 28, 2004 and managed by Marriott International Company. As China’s first Renaissance Hotel with the large banquet and conference facilities covering over 6,109 square meters, which including a 800 seats Auditorium, two Ballroom for 1000 people banquet, plus 12 Meeting Rooms. The hotel is a full service property with Guest room, Food & Beverage, Function & Business facilities, etc. It comprises the 301 rooms including 51 suites, and covering 12147 square meters park building with 400 car space.
