Job Purpose 岗位目的:
The Site GPS Practitioner role exists to deploy and embed the GPS into a Site to deliver the Business Strategy and improve Business Performance (Quality, Safety, Service, Cost, and Innovation).

A member of the Site GPS team, the Site GPS Practitioner is accountable for :

? Supporting the site teams in GPS roll-out; making sure that GPS is being used to develop the capability of all the Site personnel to implement day to day continuous improvement activities.
支持工厂团队推行GPS，确保用GPS体系来发展工厂全体人员的能力，从而实现工厂的持续改进。
? Helping ensure the day to day continuous improvement activities result in a continuous improvement in the Site Performance towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects and Zero Waste.
协助确保每天持续改进的行动可以支持工厂绩效水平的持续改进，从而实现零事故，零缺陷，零浪费的目标。
? Conducting ‘self assess’ the Site vs. the GPS Maturity matrices and to support the site to close any gaps.
执行工厂级自评活动来协助工厂缩小与GPS成熟度要求的差距。
? Coaching / train the Site teams in GPS.
辅导/培训工厂团队GPS知识。
? Supporting the Regional GPS teams in any “Turnaround Deployment of GPS” in their site
支持区域GPS团队其他工厂的GPS部署工作。

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
? Support day-to-day deployment of the GPS and performance improvement activities at site. Deliver according to the GPS implementation approach / road map agreed with the Site Director, Regional GPS lead and Site GPS lead.
协助工厂GPS每天的部署工作并进行工厂内的改进活动。通过与工厂总监，区域GPS负责人及工厂GPS负责人沟通确定GPS具体实施方法和途径来实施GPS推行活动。
? Work with line managers to identify and agree the priorities for GPS deployment.

? Support continuous capability development of self and others, developed by the GPS Core team.
通过与GPS核心团队的合作支持自身及同事的持续能力发展。
? Actively role modeling GPS skills and behaviors.
成为GPS技能及行为的积极代表。
? Track progress of the team deployment road-map.
追踪团队部署的路线图进度。
? Support/ensure consistency of progress and deployment.

? Coach Site team leaders and operators to develop sustain continuous improvement mindsets and behaviours.

? Provide expert advice on the GPS basics to the Site based on a in depth understanding of GPS.

? Lead GPS activities beyond the capability of the Site Teams.

? Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, GSK standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures.

? Responsible for coordinating functional risk management process (For GPS department Risk Champion).

Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:

? University Degree (BSc) or equivalent Ideally Manufacturing / Engineering /Quality/ Logistics/ Lean/Sigma based

? Held a number of positions in a manufacturing environment, covering a broad range of activities and operations (e.g. Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance/Logistics / Safety).

? Demonstrated delivery of improvement initiatives and/or culture change year on year resulting in both financial and non financial benefit, and behavioral change

? Good level of understanding of Lean / Sigma (Master Black Belt / Black Belt / Green belt- possible)
