职位描述：
1. Project Engineering: analysis and feasibility: Participating/ leading in the solutions design, identifying operations alternatives, developing operations / cost / pricing modeling, preparing presentation material, presenting the solution and finally soliciting the customers’ endorsement to buy-in the proposed solutions

2. Project Management: Leading/ coordinating the operations, customer service and quality team to exceed the client expectations from contract negotiation till project “go live”. Delegate, train and coordinate resources to the key positions to ensure effective solution implementation. Implementing and reviewing the solutions according to the agreed specifications, i.e. not limited:
？ Development of standard operating procedures (SOP) and management reports
？ Customer SLA/ KPIs are exceeded or achieved
？ Pricing and resources costing in line with engineering
？ Operations, Customer Service and staff training

3. Sourcing potential subcontractors, negotiating with them to get the optimum cost/service for the best interest of the customers and SDV, training them according to the designed solutions, monitoring their performance in comply with the committed service levels, correcting sub-standard performance in timely manner

？ Transport companies in proposed area

4. Information reporting design using our own WMS or formatting a simple exel file.

5. Being a single window for the customers and facilitating effective communications between the customers, operations teams, subcontractors, local and regional management team on day-to-day implementation project and progressively hand over the project to the operation team

6. Assist the quality/ operations team
？ Manage the quality team and audit the operations and warehouses
？ Prepare, share, implement and coordinate the improvements actions plan

7. Enhance the quality system in place (ISO, QHSE, PDCA, others)
？ Implement/ upgrade quality system to fulfill legal compliance (customs, CIQ), safety and security, client’s SOPs/ KPIs and standards
？ Revise/ enhance continuously the quality system
？ Supervise the training scheme to match quality system

S SPECIFIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
？ Engineering graduates with specialization in logistics, transportation or international trade disciplines
？ Key Account Management / Customer Service / Operations responsibilities with 2 years solid experience in dealing with MNCs and European organizations
？ Experience in solutions design (in fashion/ cosmetics), productivity gain plan or quality
？ Strong knowledge to warehousing operations etc… with solid market intelligence on the prevailing rates and strong negotiation skill
？ Understanding on China trucking transportation a plus
？ Problem solver capable to deal with multi criteria complex issues providing detailed, feasible, practical and logical solution
？ Great presentation (MS office) and communication skills to convince/ sell his ideas
？ At least 2 years’ engineer and 3 years’ logistic industry experience.
？ Good English and mandarin language skills, French speaking will be a plus.
？ Excellent knowledge for MS Office and High skills for WMS and SOP KPI management system.
？ Interpersonal, organizational, team building & managerial skills
？ Client relationship building and maintenance skills plus presentation skill
？ Flexible to meet changing work requirements
？ Independent and self-driven
