Responsibility

1.Operate telephone switchboard and fax, distribute emails from server to the relevant department and supervise copy machine maintenance/管理电话交换机和传真机，分发邮件给相关部门和主管
2. Incoming calls transfer, and documents copy /来电转接，文件复印

3. Record, store and distribute stationary for all departments ,Issue purchase order of stationary once per month /记录、储存和分发每部门的办公用品，每月制定一次办公用品采购订单。
4.Booking hotels and flight/预订酒店和机票

5.Communication with the property 与物业保持沟通

6.Distribute the lunch payment according to the monthly presence of employees /按照员工每月实际出勤情况，分发员工餐费

7.Other tasks in the front desk 在前台的其它任务

Qualification:

1.College degree in economy, business administration or related/ 大学专科，经济、工商管理或相关专业

2.Good knowledge of written and spoken English / 书面和口语英语流利

3.Skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel / 会使用Microsoft Office, 特别是Excel

4.Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position / 1年以上类似工作经验
