岗位概述：
1对厨房及餐厅酒吧进行日常食品卫生检查并做记录
2检查员工的个人卫生情况
3检查与食品卫生相关的清洁及工程问题,并做记录.
4检查食品区域虫害控制情况并作记录.
5抽查所有员工的食品卫生知识情况,
6对食品温度控制记录进行检查并保存,
7定期抽查食品收货情况,检查食品接收温度.
8对重要的(百人以上)宴会进行食品留样并作记录.
9定期与采购部拜访食品供应商并作详细的访问记录.
10对相关员工进行卫生培训.
11关注当地政府食品卫生制度,并在酒店内贯彻执行.
12负责维护和发展食品安全板报.
13.每天要从员工食堂采样
1.Check all kitchens, venues and bars daily. Maintain food hygiene inspection records
2.Check associates standard of personal hygiene
3. Check food hygiene related stewarding and maintenance problems, report and document.
4. Inspect weekly all areas for pest movement – keep record of findings from insect killers.
5. Train and test all employees of food hygiene knowledge
6. Food storage temperature control records daily and inspection of all food storage areas
7. Daily check food and beverage receiving procedure, ensure full documentation by receiving personnel
8. Food sampling of prepared dishes and holding in cold storage for important groups and parties of above one hundred.
9. Daily one food sample taken from staff canteen.
10. Annually once inspect and evaluate all food suppliers along with purchasing manager, maintain record
11. All food handling employees must be trained on EHC standards and must understand the red and orange flag principles
12. Stay up-to-date with local health authorities, communicate monthly and update the systems, maintain records
13. Lead the food hygiene inspection, record and document findings, set deadline and ensure proper communication
