工作职责:
? 支持天津工业园年度人力资源工作计划，并开展人力资源项目以及相关活动
? 根据人力资源政策、流程，向业务团队提供及时、准确的人力资源服务，并及时提供人力资源的意见
? 支持人力资源策略的执行，并与确保与业务目标保持一致
? 支持人力资源经理安排的其他工作项目

工作要求:
? 本科或以上学历的应届毕业生，人力资源相关专业优先
? 有意愿在人力资源方向发展
? 有较强的数据处理能力，注重细节
? 有较强的沟通能力和人际交往能力
? 有较好英文交流和读写能力
