· Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN and WAN,)
· Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Experience with automation/configuration management
· A working understanding of code and script (Python, Perl and/or Ruby)
· Good learning attitude and sense
· Exhibit procedural and architectural documentation skills
· Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers, customers and management
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
· Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
