Synopsis:
Along with EF fast growth in the China market, we are looking for a talent to join us as the Accounting AM in finance team and to be based in Chongqing or Chengdu.
The Role:
Act as an active member in a high-performing team delivering high-quality services in Accounting handling. To improve Accounting process, to ensure timely, accurate, and effective standard book-keeping, and other key financial outputs, you should be professional accounting specialist in EF finance team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full set of accounting of EF Chongqing & Chengdu, including but not limited to:
- Fixed Assets/Inventory management
- Review periodic account reconciliation and follow up the open issues, analysis of variances, and initiation of corrective entries.
- Coordinate and ensure on-time and high quality delivery of period-end closing activities including closing check list, accrual process, other closing batch run, etc.
- Tax issues, including tax calculation and tax filing
- Assist the finance manager to implement the process improvement.
- Coordinate annual internal/external audit
- Well communicate with school cashier team and sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and majored in Finance or Accounting
- Well organized, Mature, Diligent and Highly responsible
- More than 8 years' related working experience in accounting, over 1 year’s leadership experience is plus.
- Good knowledge of Chinese Accounting Regulation
- Good communicator and team player, and can work independently
- Familiar with MS office and other business systems
- Good command in written and spoken English
