职位描述：
Overall Purpose of Job
Direct or coordinate purchasing, material requirement planning and warehousing for components and services so to ensure the best possible service level at required spending budgets. Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the materials function and development of the materials management system and procedures. This position oversees the planning and ordering of production material in accordance to production and delivery plans, the warehousing of production material and the just-in-time delivery of product to the company’s customers. Also responsible for customs clearance. Be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of all the company guidelines on sourcing components, equipment and services and managing vendors. Manages the whole Purchase and Logistics teams
Key Competencies:
Ø Sound knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management procedures in a high volume manufacturing environment.
Ø Excellent planning, analysis and problem solving skill
Ø Result-oriented
Ø Proven working experience in supply chain and purchasing
Ø Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
Ø Negotiation and networking skills
Ø Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
Ø Strong leadership capabilities
Ø Good English communication skills
