Summary of Responsibilities:
Assist Support Services Director with office work.

Responsibilities:
? To follow up, file facilities department documents sent out and received.
? To manage and update all documents in facilities department internet folder.
? To translate and follow up facilities department contracts.
? To prepare facilities department’s meeting and redact meeting minutes.
? To control and statistic staff meal consumption.
? To supervise and manage the store of hazards materiel.
? Hospital new staff and department new staff orientation training
? Other regular and temporary jobs.

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? 2 years or above secretarial experience
? College or University Degree

Skills:
? Fluent English and Chinese
? Excellent World, Excel, PowerPoint skills
? Good communication skills
? Good documents organization skills
? Professional and good personality

Knowledge:
? Good service sense a plus
