Job Description
Report to Head of Retail, the Retail Controller’s main objective is to execute 6IXTY8IGHT’s business performance strategies in East China region. The job holder requires in maximizing Company’s sales and profits by maintaining, preparing and analyzing reports to record and forecast sales and by formulating and developing action plans and tools to improve business performance. The role is based at the regional office in Shanghai.

Key accountabilities of the position
？ Owns the profitability of the region by monitoring sales, margin and cost across the functions in the Regional team.
？ Be a strong business partner to facilitate execution of business plans / activities in a data-driven manner in the regional office.
？ Conduct analysis and develop business cases to support decision making, e.g. KPIs, inventory, CAPEX, forecast and annual budget, etc.
？ Support Head of Retail to develop complex modeling in order to provide accurate sales, markdown and margin forecast for the business
？ Support Head of Retail to standardize regional policies and processes in order to set best practices for the Company
？ Develop tracking tools and monitor regional cost to make sure the OPEX is well managed within budget (e.g. T&E, staff cost, utilities, etc)
？ Collaborate closely with other functions to offer analytical support with concise analyses and deep insights to design initiatives to drive performance

Key requirements for the position
？ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
？ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar role, experience in one of the leading fashion retailers is preferably
？ Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills and sensitive to figures with excellent numerical skills
？ Proactive and self-motivated with “can-do” attitude to drive constant improvement for both sales results and working methods
？ Strategic and structured person who can recommend actions based on analysis
？ Team player and clear communicator who enjoys working as a team and willing to share knowledge with others
？ Pragmatic, hands-on and able to work under pressure with very tight timelines, independently and efficiently
？ High integrity and trustworthy
？ Advanced in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs in order to build tools for the team
？ Experience in designing BI reporting tools would be advantageous (e.g. BusinessObjects, SAP BW, Qlikviews, etc.)
？ Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
？ Occasional travel in local region is required
