Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

•Support Head of Mobile Sales Force (MSF) to oversee and manage all MSF support teams of China Cards and Loans. Implement and monitor procedures which shall ensure and improve quality, productivity and efficient processes for cards and loans;

• Lead city support teams to work with city mangaers, Mobile Sales Force(MSF) office , Credit Cards & Loans Management Office team, acquisition team and related functions to support head of MSF to develop and execute MSF loans operation and distribution management to ensure compliance and support the evolving loans business growth.

•Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients;

•All of these done without compromising compliance to set standards and regulations;

•Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators;

•Manages operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation & control, loss identification & reporting.

•Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above

• Strong leadership skills and management skill

• More than 8 years related working experience in Banking operation.

• Ability to build and maintain relations with business partners and stringently follow up on service level agreements.

• Ability to manage complex changes of regulatory enviroment and ensure compliance in daily operation.

• Excellent knowledge related to banking operation management.

• Sufficient knowledge of global anti money laundering standards

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in local market

• Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations (the latter to be attained if new to HSBC)

• Proven ability to multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment and prioritize work assignments

• Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
