职位描述：
Manage plant equipment maintenance
Develop and manage systems for process technicians for startup, shut down, and troubleshooting
equipment
Develop and manage systems for TPM on all tooling and fixtures
Develop and manage systems for TPM on all plant and processing equipment
Maintain and issue daily work plan
Investigate high scrap areas and initiate corrective action with assistance of Plant Manager
Reviews job orders to determine work priorities.
Recommend maintenance outsourcing to the Plant Manager for repair or maintenance of machines,
molds, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
Coordinates maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, electric
power, gas, or air required for operations.
Completes preventive maintenance checks for machines and auxiliary equipment
Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify
maintenance activities.
Reviews new product plans and discusses equipment needs and modifications with Plant Manager.
Submits electronic Purchase Order requisitions for maintenance services, tools, equipment, and supplies,
required for operations
Confers with Plant Manager, engineering, and quality personnel to resolve maintenance problems and
recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
Provides input to maintenance budget
Provide leadership for Continuous Improvement and scrap reduction
Provides the Human Resources with copies of MSDS for any maintenance, repair and operating items, as
applicable
Engineering and technical support in safety and quality, improve efficiency, reliability and create safe
manufacturing environment
Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager
